He happened to be at the store a few blocks away and was over within 15 min. “A couple weeks ago our water heater went out on a Friday night. I googled for a water heater repair company in our area, and Pinnacle was one of the first that came up. I called and talked to the technician at around 9:30 PM and he quoted me a price to replace the draft motor on the water heater and said he’d come by the following morning. The next morning, he came out and had everything repaired by noon. Later that night, our water heater was not working again they discovered that our chimney had a blockage due to a poor job by our home builder, and he even got up on the roof and corrected that problem as well. We have had no issues since, and they even called back to confirm everything was good the next morning. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received, and will probably have them out to repair a couple of other things they identified while repairing the water heater.
