Tankless Water Heater Maintenance Services

Just like any major heating system, tankless water heaters benefit greatly from regular maintenance. Preventative care extends the life expectancy of your unit and ensures it continues operating at peak energy efficiency.

Our tankless water heater maintenance checklist includes:

  • Flushing the unit to remove sediment buildup and scale caused by hard water

  • Inspecting the heat exchanger and heating element

  • Cleaning the air intake and exhaust vents

  • Checking for corrosion or leaks

  • Verifying proper gas pressure or electrical connections

Annual maintenance helps prevent mineral buildup, improves water quality, and maintains your system’s performance. For homeowners with hard water, we recommend more frequent service. Investing in a maintenance plan will help you avoid costly repairs and unexpected downtime.

Regular maintenance also keeps your unit in compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements. Neglecting upkeep may void your warranty and lead to out-of-pocket repair costs. Our team ensures your system remains in top condition year after year.

We make it easy to schedule service for your tankless unit at a time that fits your routine. With regular care, your system will deliver consistent performance, better water temperature control, and lower utility bills year-round.
